Abstract
The Municipal Office of El Tambo, Cauca, has been a fundamental actor in the protection and defense of human rights and comprehensive care for victims of the armed conflict in the region. During the year 2022 to 2023, the Ombudsman has implemented various strategies and actions to guarantee the care and protection of victims, as well as the promotion of the culture of human rights and the construction of peace in the community. This article aims to analyze the role of the Municipal Ombudsman of El Tambo, Cauca, in the care and protection of victims of the armed conflict during the year 2022 to 2023. The strategies and actions implemented by the Ombudsman will be described, as well as their role in the defense and protection of the human rights of victims. In addition, the results obtained will be discussed and recommendations will be presented to improve the care and protection of victims in the future. This analysis is of great importance since it makes visible the work of the Municipal Person's Office of El Tambo, Cauca, as a bastion of the constitution and human rights in the region. In addition, it is an opportunity to highlight the importance of social work and the defense of human rights in the construction of a just and peaceful society.Downloads
