Reliable evidence for a healthy future: the innovative mentorship strategy of the Cochrane Collaboration
Abstract
The Cochrane Collaboration, with over 30 years of experience, has distinguished itself through its commitment to generating reliable evidence to support health decision-making globally. Its primary focus has been the development of systematic reviews, considered fundamental tools for health professionals and decision-makers. However, the COVID-19 pandemic revealed the need to produce rapid evidence summaries, which expanded the collaboration’s scope and led to new products such as living and scoping reviews.
